They come complete with a ground stake to keep everything nice and stable. The front section with the logo doesn't spin and is 8" in diameter. The next two sections are 13.5" and 16" and both spin in the wind. Please note that these are considered oversized items by all shipping companies. The shipping cost for singles spinners or multiples is our standard pricing. If you order spinners with kites then there will be additional shipping charges.
