Star Bird by Buteo Huang, winner of multiple awards at the 2005 American Kitefliers Association Annual Convention and overall Kite Making winner, is one of the "Star Sky" series of kites, using the modern art concept to reinterpret the traditional kite. The vein on the wings represents the stars moving in the sky in a mild elliptical orbit, while the modeling imitates a hovering bird in flight.

We have been fans of Mr. Huang's work for years and are excited to finally have his kites available to the public.
